Who is Jonathan Huber

Jonathan Huber (aka Mr. Brodie Lee) was many things during his 41 years on this Earth. He was a world class professional wrestler, he was known as The Exalted One, he was a true hockey fanatic, and a dear friend. He was also, and most significantly, a beloved husband to Amanda as well as father to Brodie and Nolan.

Jon, as a professional wrestler since 2003, began making himself a presence in the lives of wrestling fans under the moniker of Brodie Lee. For nearly a decade, he competed throughout the independent wrestling circuit, building a wrestling legacy, and touching the lives of so many fans and colleagues along the way. Then, after nearly a decade of competing independently, Jonathan Huber was able to bring his own style of professional wrestling to a larger audience via WWE as Luke Harper. There he was crowned the Intercontinental Champion in 2014, and would win their Tag Team Titles at Wrestlemania in 2018! Over the course of his seven years in WWE, the entire world was able to experience just what made this man so special inside the ring, while an entirely new group of peers got to feel that behind the curtain.

Thus in March 2020, when Jon made his debut for All Elite Wrestling as “The Exalted One” of The Dark Order, the anticipation of what was to come ran high both for fans as well as his fellow wrestlers. That impact was felt immediately as Jon became TNT Champion, led The Dark Order to a new level of prominence within AEW, and helped bring a whole new level of exposure to the men and women who comprise the group. Behind the scenes, Jon brought a joy to the AEW locker room unlike any other, and during one of the most trying times this world has experienced, he made an impression that will not soon be forgotten.

Jon was a man who left a tremendous impact on all those he encountered, as evidenced by the outpouring of love and support from the wrestling community, both fan and wrestler alike, when he tragically passed away on December 26, 2020. Even during his all too brief tenure with All Elite Wrestling, Jon's presence in the locker room touched the lives of so many men and women, and truly helped make AEW a family. To this day, his wrestling legacy is felt within the members of The Dark Order, it is seen in gaming forms with AEW Elite General Manager, and memorialized in toy form with AEW Unmatched.

Jon's legacy is also felt whenever Negative One graces the AEW audience, as well as the locker room, with his presence, bringing a joy with him that resonates throughout the AEW family. And with this foundation, Jonathan Huber will continue to make an impact on the lives of so many.
